New Issue: JPMorgan prices $500,000 review notes linked to indexes, ETF

Chicago, May 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 0% review notes due Oct. 20, 2026 linked to iShares Russell 2000 Value ETF, Dow Jones industrial average and Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically at par plus 7.7% per year starting Oct. 18, 2022 and on any subsequent quarterly review date if the indexes close at or above their initial levels.
If the worst performing asset ends at or above its 70% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
