New Issue: JPMorgan prices $500,000 capped buffered equity notes linked to ARK Innovation

Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 0% capped buffered equity notes due Aug. 29, 2022 linked to the performance of the ARK Innovation ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final level of the ETF is greater than its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the ETF’s return with a maximum payout of par plus 18%.

If the final level of the ETF is less than its initial level by up to 12.75%, par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines beyond 12.75%.
