New Issue: JPMorgan prices $350,000 capped buffered return enhanced notes on EAFE ETF

Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $350,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due June 21, 2023 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any ETF gain, up to a maximum return of 10.6%.

Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
