New York, Feb. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $536,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Dec. 30, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the fund finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus double the gain, with the payout capped at par plus 12.5%.
If the fund finishes flat or declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond the 10% buffer.
