JPMorgan plans issues of 0% notes linked to basket of three indexes

Seattle, March 2 - JMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price an issue of 0% principal-protected notes due March 22, 2011 linked to an equally weighted basket of the S&P 500, Nikkei 225 and Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 indexes, according to a FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The pricing date is expected to be on or about March 17.

Payout at maturity will be par plus any gain on the basket of indexes on March 17, 2001, the observation date. The gain will be multiplied by the participation rate, which is expected to be at least 110%.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. will be underwriter for the offering.
