Moody's: John Deere Credit bond Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba3 global local currency senior debt rating to John Deere Credit Compania Financiera SA's third bond issuance of up to ARS 40 million, which will be due in nine months, as well as to the fourth expected issuance for an amount of ARS 120 million, which will be due in 24 months.

Both expected issuances together should not exceed ARS 120 million.

At the same time, on the national scale, Moody's Latin America assigned Aaa.ar local currency debt rating to both expected issuances.

Moody's said the local currency senior unsecured debt rating derives from John Deere's Ba3 local currency corporate family rating. Moody's also noted that seniority was taken into consideration in the assignment of the debt ratings.
