Joan Fabrics U.S. Trustee appoints Alfred T. Giuliano to oversee Chapter 7 case

Pittsburgh, Nov. 21 - Joan Fabrics Corp.'s U.S. Trustee has appointed Alfred T. Giuliano as the trustee overseeing the company's Chapter 7 bankruptcy case, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

As previously reported, Joan Fabrics' case was converted to Chapter 7 bankruptcy on Nov. 20.

Joan Fabrics, a Tyngsboro, Mass., textile fabric company, filed for bankruptcy on April 10, 2007. Its case number is 07-10479.
