JDA Software investor sells 323,511 shares, keeps 6.37% interest

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 5 - A group of investors led by Thoma Cressey Equity Partners, Inc. sold 323,511 shares of JDA Software Group, Inc. between July 31 and Aug. 4 priced from $20.26 to $20.89 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On July 28 through July 30, Thoma Cressey sold 753,581 shares priced from $20.41 to $21.12 each and kept a 7.4% stake, a prior SEC filing said.

Thoma Cressey beneficially owns 1,993,193 shares, or 6.37%, of the Scottsdale, Ariz., software services provider.
