International SOS launches $686 million loan at SOFR plus 325-350 bps

New York, Jan. 8 – International SOS held a lender call at 1 p.m. ET on Monday to launch a $686 million term loan B due September 2028 that is talked at SOFR plus 325 basis points to 350 bps with a 0.5% floor and a par issue price, according to a market source.

The term loan has 101 soft call protection for six months, the source said.

JPMorgan Chase Bank is the lead on the deal.

Commitments are due at 5 p.m. ET on Jan. 16, the source added.

Proceeds will be used to reprice an existing term loan down from SOFR plus 375 bps with a 0.5% floor.

International SOS is a provider of assistance and medical services to corporates, governments and other public entities.
