New Issue: UBS prices $7.05 million buffered PLUS linked to Equal Weight ETF

Columbus, Ohio, April 5 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $7.05 million of 0% buffered PLU with downside leverage due April 1, 2027 linked to the Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the return of the ETF is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 120% of the ETF return, subject to a maximum return of 39.6%. Investors will receive par if the ETF declines by 10% or less and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.
