Prospect News reports three new defaults for week of Nov. 21-Nov. 27

Pittsburgh, Dec. 2 – Prospect News reported three new defaults for the week of Nov. 21 through Nov. 27.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings made by TBH19, LLC and Bumble Bee Foods LLC and a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing made by Imperial Frozen Foods Op Co, LLC.

Prospect News also reported missed interest payments on IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd.’s series 1 (security ITNL25A) debentures and series 2 (security ITNL28A) debentures. However, IL&FS previously defaulted in connection with numerous missed interest payments.

So far in 2019, Prospect News has reported 154 defaults, including 111 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 18 missed interest payments, seven missed principal payments, six Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings, two each of Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings, schemes of arrangement, administrations and missed payments and one each of Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act proceedings, safeguard proceedings, self-administrations and provisional liquidations.
