Concord, N.H., Jan. 7 – Inter-American Development Bank sold $3.5 billion global sustainable development notes due Jan. 13, 2027, according to a market source.
The notes priced to yield SOFR mid-swaps plus 22 basis points or Treasuries plus 8.28 bps.
The notes priced on Thursday.
The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
