S&P hikes Inmarsat

S&P said it raised its rating for Inmarsat (Connect Bidco Ltd.) to BB- from B+ and removed it from CreditWatch with positive implications where it was placed on Feb. 16, 2022.

The upgrade follows Viasat, rated BB-, completing its acquisition of Inmarsat. The agency also affirmed Viasat’s rating.

The outlook is stable.
