Fitch rates ILAP notes BB

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BB rating to Inversiones Latin America Power Ltda.'s (ILAP) USD264.3 million take-back senior secured notes due in 2033.

The notes are supported by cash flows from two wind farms, San Juan, SA and Norvind, SA.

The outlook is stable.
