By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Oct. 4 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Oct. 29, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each asset finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.45 to 1.5 times the gain of the worse performing fund.

Investors will receive par if either asset falls by up to 30% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing asset beyond the buffer.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on Oct. 31.
