New Issue: Barclays prices $5 million of buffered PLUS with cap tied to iShares MSCI EM ETF

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 8 – Barclays Bank plc priced $5 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due May 5, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double any ETF gain, up to a maximum payment of $12.31 per PLUS.

Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
