New Issue: Barclays sells $3.71 million buffered SuperTrack notes on iShares MSCI EM

New York, Jan. 19 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.71 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due June 23, 2022 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the fund return, capped at par plus 16%.

If the fund declines up to 10%, investors will receive par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.
