By Taylor Fox
New York, Nov. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $526,000 of 0% review notes due Oct. 28, 2024 linked to the lesser performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus a call premium of 10.15% per year if each asset closes at or above 95% of its initial level on any annual call date.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless the final level of either asset is less than its initial level by more than 30%, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the lesser-performing asset declines.
