Morgan Stanley plans trigger PLUS on iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Madison, Wis., Sept. 14 - Morgan Stanley plans to price 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Sept. 26, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 125% to 135% of any increase in the fund.

Investors will receive par if the fund share price falls up to 50% and will be fully exposed to the decline from the initial price if the fund share price drops by more than 50%.

The notes (Cusip: 617482YG3) are expected to price Sept. 26 and settle Sept. 29.
