New York, Nov. 29 - Barclays Bank plc priced $6.47 million of 0% performance securities with contingent protection due Nov. 30, 2015 linked to an international fund basket, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The underlying basket is made up of the iShares MSCI EAFE Index Fund with a 70% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Index Fund with a 30% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 102.53% of any basket gain.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 50% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline if the basket falls past the 50% trigger level.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and Barclays Capital Inc. are the underwriters.
