New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1 million of buffered PLUS linked to S&P 500

Minneapolis, Aug. 28 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 28, 2019 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any fund gain, up to a maximum payment of $1,190.20 per buffered PLUS.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 15% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 15%, with a minimum payment of $150 per buffered PLUS.
