Credit Suisse aims to sell trigger gears tied to iShares MSCI EM fund

Knoxville, Tenn., May 11 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% trigger gears due May 18, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.325 to 1.355 times the fund return. The exact upside gearing will be set at pricing. Investors will receive par if the fund declines by 25% or less and will receive par plus the return if the fund falls by more than 25%.

The notes (Cusip: 22548R384) will price on May 13 and settle on May 18.
