New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.61 million capped buffered return enhanced notes on iShares MSCI EM

New York, July 30 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1,606,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due July 29, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.75 times any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 18%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.
