New Issue: UBS prices $868,000 capped leveraged buffered notes on iShares MSCI EM

Madison, Wis., June 5 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $868,000 of 0% capped leveraged buffered notes due March 31, 2016 tied to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times any fund gain, up to a maximum payout of $1,214.50 per $1,000 of notes.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 12.5% and will lose 1.1429% for every 1% decline beyond 12.5%.

UBS Securities LLC is the underwriter.
