New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $300,000 buffered PLUS linked to Stoxx, EAFE ETF
Chicago, Nov. 7 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $300,000 of 0% buffered PLUS due Oct. 22, 2027 linked to the worst performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the asset return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 217% of the asset return. Investors will receive par if the asset declines by 25% or less and will lose 1.3333% for every 1% that it declines beyond 25%.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
