iShares 2016 Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF updates name

By Toni Weeks

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Feb. 19 - iShares Trust announced that its iShares 2016 Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF is doing business as iSharesBond 2016 Corporate ex-Financials Term ETF, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

As previously reported, the fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Barclays 2016 Maturity High Quality Corporate index, which is comprised of dollar-denominated, taxable, investment-grade bonds. There are no financial issuers included in the index.

The ETF will mature on or about March 31, 2016, at which time its assets will be distributed to investors.

The fund trades on the NYSE Arca under the symbol "IBCB."

James Mauro and Scott Radell are the portfolio managers.

San Francisco-based BlackRock Fund Advisors is the investment adviser to the fund.
