S&P: Iron Mountain on watch

Standard & Poor's said it placed all of its ratings, including its BB- corporate credit rating, on Iron Mountain Inc. on CreditWatch with negative implications.

"The CreditWatch placement results from Iron Mountain's announcement that it plans to convert to a REIT," said S&P credit analyst Tulip Lim in a news release.

The agency said it believes this conversion could reduce the company's business and financial flexibility.
