IndexIQ shuts Taiwan Small Cap, Hong Kong Small Cap, Japan Mid Cap ETFs

Minneapolis, Dec. 16 - IndexIQ plans to close three of its exchange-traded funds, according to a press release.

The company will close the IQ Taiwan Small Cap ETF, IQ Hong Kong Small Cap ETF and the IQ Japan Mid Cap ETF on Dec. 23.

Combined assets in the designated funds represent about 1% of IndexIQ's ETF assets.

IndexIQ is a Rye Brook, N.Y.-based issuer of index-based liquid alternative solutions.
