Invenergy closes $900 million green LoC facility via Natixis

By Marisa Wong

Los Angeles, March 26 – Invenergy (Invenergy Renewable Finance North America) has successfully closed a $900 million green letter-of-credit facility with Natixis CIB, according to a press release.

The facility will support Invenergy’s growing project development pipeline of large-scale renewable and other clean energy generation and storage facilities in the Americas.

Natixis acted as bookrunner, syndication agent, administrative agent and green loan coordinator.

Invenergy had closed a series of financings totaling $1.27 billion with Natixis to support the development and construction of four renewable power projects in Kansas and Texas, according to a press release last Friday.

Invenergy is a Chicago-based power generation development and operations company.
