Intralot to end roadshow for €250 million five-year notes on Friday

Portland, Ore., Sept. 15 – Greece’s Intralot SA is expected to wrap up an investor roadshow for its €250 million offering of five-year senior notes on Friday in Paris, according to a market source.

Presentations took place in London on Thursday, the source added.

JPMorgan, SG CIB, BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Nomura are the joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners.

The Athens-based lottery operator plans to use the proceeds to fund the concurrent tender offer for the Intralot Finance Luxembourg SA 9¾% senior notes due 2016.
