Intesa Sanpaolo talks five-year notes at mid-swaps plus 270-275 bps area

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 30 – Intesa Sanpaolo SpA is offering a five-year euro green note that is being talked for a spread based on mid-swaps plus 270 basis points to 275 bps area, according to a pre-stabilization notice.

Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt is the stabilization coordinator.

Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank, IMI-Intesa Sanpaolo, ING, Mediobanca, NatWest Markets and Societe Generale CIB are the stabilization managers.

The financial services company is based in Turin, Italy.
