Knoxville, Tenn., May 21 - Intertainment Media Inc. said it plans to conduct a C$1 million non-brokered private placement of units.
The company will sell units of one common share and one warrant at C$0.11 apiece. Each warrant will be exercisable at C$0.16 for two years.
Proceeds will be used for working capital and corporate purposes.
Intertainment Media is a Toronto-based conventional and new media company.
