ILFC subsidiary Delos Aircraft to prepay $550 million term loan

Tacoma, Wash., May 24 - International Lease Finance Corp. subsidiary Delos Aircraft Inc. will prepay in full its $550 million secured term loan due 2016, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notice was issued on Friday. The prepayment will be made on Thursday, at which time the term loan will be terminated.

The prepayment is being made without any prepayment penalty.

Bank of America NA is the administrative agent and collateral agent.

International Lease Finance is an aircraft lessor based in Los Angeles.
