IBRD talks dollar 10-year global notes at mid-swaps plus 20 bps area

Tupelo, Miss., Oct. 15 – The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, or World Bank, plans to price a dollar-denominated offering of global notes due Oct. 23, 2029 (Aaa/AAA/AAA) on Wednesday, according to a market source.

The 10-year notes are initially talked to print in the mid-swaps plus 20 basis points area.

BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are the bookrunners.

The global development financing cooperative is based in Washington, D.C.
