Virginia Beach, Feb. 4 – International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank) sold $4 billion of 1.625% seven-year notes on Wednesday at mid-swaps plus 1 basis point, according to a market source.
The notes were talked in the mid-swaps plus 2 basis points area.
BNP Paribas Securities Corp., BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and TD Securities were the bookrunners.
The issuer is based in Washington, D.C.
