Inter-American Development Bank to sell five-year global notes; pricing Wednesday

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 10 – Inter-American Development Bank is expected to price dollar-denominated benchmark global notes due Jan. 18, 2023, according to a press release.

The notes were slated to price Wednesday.

Toronto-Dominion Bank is the stabilization coordinator, and the stabilization managers are BMO Capital Markets Corp., BofA Merrill Lynch and RBC Capital Markets Corp.

The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
