Intelsat gets loan waiver, extending financial delivery deadline

New York, April 5 - Intelsat Ltd. received a waiver from its loan group, providing a 30-day extension to deliver financial statements for the year ending Dec. 31, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday.

The waiver was completed on March 30.

Deutsche Bank is the administrative agent on the deal.

Intelsat is a Pembroke, Bermuda, satellite company.
