Innophos gets 45-day extension from lenders to deliver financial reports

New York, May 5 - Innophos Inc. got a 45-day extension from its lenders for the delivery of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2004, according to a company news release.

The company requested the extension because the audit for 2004 has not been completed due to a review of internal controls at its Mexican operations.

Innophos is a Cranbury, N.J.-based manufacturer of specialty phosphates.
