Des Moines, Oct. 12 - InnoConcepts NV arranged a private placement for €43,718,704.
The company sold 2,066,116 ordinary shares to institutional investors in the Netherlands and elsewhere outside the United States, and it sold 1,547,000 shares to KBC Private Equity NV.
The shares were sold for €12.10 each.
Rabo Securities, the global coordinator for the deal, received an over-allotment option for up to 309,917 additional shares.
Based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, InnoConcepts provides plastic packaging technology through I-Pac Technologies NV and cleaning and coating technology through Proventec plc.
