ING Groep to price dollar- and euro-denominated green senior notes

Tupelo, Miss., Nov. 8 – ING Groep NV (Baa1/A-/A+) intends to price dollar- and euro-denominated green senior notes during Thursday’s session, according to a market source.

The deal includes seven-year dollar-denominated notes and a 12-year euro-denominated issue.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Credit Agricole CIB, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, ING Financial Markets LLC, SEB Securities, Inc. and Standard Chartered Bank are the bookrunners.

The global financial institution is based in Amsterdam.
