S&P: infoGroup on CreditWatch negative

Standard & Poor's said it placed all ratings, including the B corporate credit rating, on infoGroup Inc. on CreditWatch with negative implications.

"The CreditWatch listing reflects infoGroup's weak operating performance, and our expectation that the company may need an amendment to its credit facility based on our view that profitability may continue to deteriorate," S&P credit analyst Hal Diamond said in a news release.
