S&P: Indiantown unaffected

Standard & Poor's said that the recent announcement by National Energy & Gas Transmission Inc. (D/--/--) of its agreement to sell National Energy Power Co. LLC to Denali Power LLC will not affect the rating on Indiantown Cogeneration LP (BBB-/Watch negative).

S&P said it expects the management and operations functions will continue to be performed by these companies after the sale is consummated.
