Fitch rates Indiana stadium bonds F1+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a short-term rating of F1+ to $611.525 million of Indiana Finance Authority bonds.

Fitch also said it affirmed the AA long-term rating and stable outlook on the bonds.

The affected bonds include $400 million of lease appropriation bonds (stadium project), series 2005 A, and $211.525 million of lease appropriation bonds (stadium project), series 2007A.

Series 2005 A consists of $70 million each of series 2005 A-1, 2005 A-2, 2005 A-3; $90 million of series 2005 A-4; and $100 million of series 2005 A-5. Series 2007 A consists of $70 million each of series 2007 A-1 and 2007 A-2 and $71.525 million of series 2007 A-3.

All of the bonds are variable-rate demand securities.

The outlook is stable.
