New Issue: Sussex County, Del., sells $57.18 million 6% 30-year bonds for Indian River Power

New York, Dec. 7 - Sussex County, Del., priced $57.182 million of series 2010 recovery zone facility bonds on Monday for Indian River Power LLC, according to an official statement.

The bonds were sold through J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and are due Oct. 1, 2040. The 6% bonds were priced at par.

Proceeds will be used to construct, install, acquire, improve and complete an air quality control facility at the Indian River Generating plant near Millsboro, Del.

Based in Dagsboro, Del., Indian River is a subsidiary of energy producer NRG Energy Inc.
