INC Research sets Thursday investor call for $250 million note sale

Portland, Ore., June 22 - INC Research LLC plans to host an investor call at 9 a.m. ET on Thursday for its $250 million offering of eight-year senior notes (Caa1/B-), according to an informed source.

The deal is expected to price on June 30.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., ING and RBC Capital Markets are the joint bookrunners. Natixis Bleichroeder is the co-manager.

The Rule 144A for life notes come with three years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to help fund the purchase of Kendle International Inc. and refinance INC and Kendle debt.

INC Research is a Raleigh, N.C.-based therapeutically focused contract research organization. Kendle is a Cincinnati-based clinical research organization.
