S&P affirms IDEX

S&P said it affirmed all its ratings, including its BBB corporate credit rating, on IDEX Corp. The outlook remains stable.

“The affirmation reflects our view that while the company's debt leverage has improved in recent quarters to about 1.1x at December 31, 2017, we believe that potential acquisitions or share repurchases could increase leverage to the 1.5-2.0x range,” S&P said in a news release.
