Icade plans roadshow for 10-year euro green senior notes in one week

Chicago, Aug. 24 – Icade plans to begin a roadshow next Thursday for an offering of 10-year euro-denominated green senior unsecured notes (expected /BBB+/), according to a market source.

Credit Agricole CIB is the global coordinator, green structuring adviser and joint bookrunner along with BNP Paribas, HSBC, Natixis and SG CIB as joint bookrunners to arrange a series of European fixed-income investor meetings.

Proceeds will be used for green projects as defined in the Green Bond Framework, the source noted.

Icade is a real estate investment company based in Paris.
