EisnerAmper firms $150 million incremental term loan at 96 OID

By Sara Rosenberg

New York, Jan. 24 – EisnerAmper (Eisner Advisory Group LLC) finalized the original issue discount on its fungible $150 million incremental covenant-lite term loan B-2 (B2/B-) due July 2028 at 96, the tight end of the 95 to 96 talk, according to a market source.

Pricing on the incremental term loan is SOFR plus 525 basis points with a 0.75% floor, in line with existing term loan B-2 pricing.

Previously, the incremental term loan was upsized from $130 million.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is the bookrunner on the deal.

Books were scheduled to close at 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday, the source added.

Proceeds will be used to fund near-term acquisitions.

EisnerAmper is a New York-based professional services firm with a full suite of accounting, tax and advisory services.
