EnviroStar enters into new $100 million five-year credit facility

By Sarah Lizee

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 5 – EnviroStar, Inc. entered into a new $100 million five-year syndicated credit facility with Bank of America and U.S. Bank as joint lead arrangers, according to a press release.

Fifth Third Bank also participated in the facility.

The facility includes a $100 million revolving line of credit and an accordion feature, which at the company’s option can expand commitments in the revolver to $140 million in total.

The new facility replaces the company’s existing $27 million asset-based credit facility with Wells Fargo that was scheduled to mature in October 2021.

Miami-based EnviroStar is a distributor of commercial laundry and dry cleaning equipment, industrial boilers and related parts, supplies and technical services.
