S&P rates Euronext notes A-

S&P assigned its A-issue rating to Euronext NV's proposed tap issuance of its June 2029 senior unsecured notes.

Euronext will use part of the proceeds to fund the acquisition of a controlling stake in VP Securities.

The outlook is stable.
